You have an Adventure Valley reservation without a date and would now like to reserve a date and start time. Click on “I already have a ticket” and in the next step select “Adventure Valley vouchers (& other)”. Go through all the steps and reserve a date and start time. In your shopping cart enter the barcode or voucher code from your voucher. After entering a valid code you can finalize your reservation. You will receive a confirmation mail with your Adventure Valley ticket. The new Adventure Valley ticket with date and start time will be checked for validity at the entrance.
There is no extra charge for booking a date and start time with a ticket already purchased.
You are in possession of a ticket or voucher code from an external provider and would now like to reserve a date and start time. This is a ticket from one of our external providers such as Social Deal, Albert Heijn, etc. Click on “I already have a ticket” and select the external provider in the next step. Is the external provider not listed? Then choose the “Adventure Valley vouchers (& other)” category.
Go through all the steps and reserve a date and start time. In your shopping cart enter the barcode or voucher code of your ticket. After entering a valid code you can complete the reservation. You will receive a confirmation with the new Adventure Valley ticket at the e-mail address you provided. The new Adventure Valley ticket with date and start time will be checked for validity at the entrance.
To be sure, bring the external provider’s ticket to Adventure Valley as well. Please note, the external provider’s ticket or voucher code is only a receipt and not valid as an admission ticket.

Changing your visit date or start time can easily be done via our webshop or via the link in your booking confirmation. This can be done up to one hour before you visit and can only be done for a new date within the same season. For this we do charge a surcharge of € 2,75 per climbing ticket. Date changes cannot be made for tickets that have expired, been cancelled or have received refund.
