Minimum Age and Dining Areas
We welcome all visitors aged 3 and over. Younger children and accompanying adults can enjoy a view of the slopes from our dining areas.
Pass and Access Time
A valid pass is required to access the slopes. For children up to 12 years old who have booked one hour of sledding, one accompanying adult may access the slope free of charge. Your slope access time starts as soon as you pass through the slope entrance gates.
Safety
For safety reasons, personal sleds, slide bags and toys are not allowed. Playing freely in the snow is also prohibited.
Childcare
Please note that SnowWorld Amnéville does not currently offer a childcare service. Children therefore remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
Visitors with Reduced Mobility or Visual/Hearing Impairments
SnowWorld Amnéville welcomes everyone. We recommend being accompanied (companions must purchase a slope pass).
Using a Sit-Ski
Visitors with their own sit-ski may use our slopes and ski lifts. Some experience is required, so we recommend avoiding busy periods on your first visit.
Parking
Parking spaces reserved for visitors with reduced mobility are available in the free car park.
Dogs are permitted at SnowWorld Amnéville when kept on a leash and accompanied by their owner. However, for safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed on the slopes.
You are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the site. Don’t forget to tag us when sharing your best moments — we’d love to see them!
Visitor Wi-Fi is available in the bar and restaurant areas at SnowWorld Amnéville. Simply ask a member of our team for access.
