HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER THAT I PURCHASED AT ALBERT HEIJN?

Click at the bottom of the page for the ticket shop.
Choose which branch you want to visit.
Click on ‘I already have a ticket’.
Click on ‘SnowWorld Vouchers’ and select the ‘2-hour ski pass’ or ‘4-hour ski pass’, depending on which voucher you bought at Albert Heijn.
You choose a date and time slot.
You choose the right category (adult from 13 years or child up to 12 years) and the number of people. Please note, 1 voucher code is valid for 1 person.
In the order overview you enter your e-mail address and the voucher code(s), the amount of the voucher code(s) will be settled in the shopping cart. You can add rental equipment in this step.
You will receive a confirmation with the new SnowWorld ticket(s) at the e-mail address you provided. The new SnowWorld ticket(s) gives access to your chosen location on the specified date and time slot.

Note: for Neuss (Germany), the above steps are worded slightly differently

Alpenpark Neuss

Albert Heijn vouchers are also valid at Alpenpark Neuss in Germany.
You must redeem the voucher(s) in advance via our ticketshop for a date and time slot as described above.
With the new SnowWorld ticket(s) you have to report to the reception of Alpenpark Neuss on the chosen date and time slot.
Reservations for Alpenpark Neuss are made via our webshop
Our webshop issues a new ticket for Neuss which must be exchanged for admission at the ticket office in Neuss

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sale period: 8 November 2024 to 8 December 2024
2-hour ski pass from € 38.50 for € 22.95 per person
4-hour ski pass from € 48.50 for € 28.50 per person
Valid at SnowWorld Amsterdam, Landgraaf, Rucphen-Breda, Terneuzen, Zoetermeer, Antwerp (Belgium) and Alpenpark Neuss (Germany)
The tickets are valid 7 days a week at an establishment of your choice
Valid for a single visit from 8 November 2024 to 31 March 2025, subject to availability
Not valid during the Christmas holidays (21 December 2024 to 5 January 2025)
No distinction between child or adult (suitable from 4 years)
Excludes equipment (optional rental).
1 voucher code is valid for 1 person
The Albert Heijn voucher is a proof of payment and not a valid admission ticket
Reserving a date and time slot in advance, stating the voucher code, is compulsory via www.snowworld.com/tickets ‘I already have a ticket’, based on availability
The new SnowWorld ticket with date and time slot counts as admission ticket and will be checked on location for validity
Not valid in combination with other promotions and/or discounts and packages
Not redeemable for another period, cash or otherwise
No refunds will be given on tickets already purchased and/or redeemed (both for making a reservation and for the actual visit).
