Visitors with relevant medical conditions are not advised to take part in the activities. Participation is at your own risk. Adventure Valley is not liable for the occurrence of and/or worsening of symptoms and/or conditions.
For safety reasons, one adult may supervise two children in the climbing park.
The Climbing Park remains open in most weather conditions. Even in the rain, climbing is a great experience! Some of the climbing routes, or ziplines, may be closed in certain weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (thunderstorms or storms), a solution is sought on the spot. In most cases we can start again after a short waiting period. This is determined by Adventure Valley on the day itself.
We do not give a refund on tickets already purchased.
You can easily make a change to your visit date or time slot via our webshop or via the link in your booking confirmation. You can do this up to 24 hours before your original timeslot. We charge a surcharge of € 2,75 per climbing pass. Keep your booking number and e-mail address of your order at hand.
NB! Changing your visit date and/or timeslot is only possible for your entire order.
No date changes can be made for tickets that have expired, been cancelled or had a refund.
Yes, spectators are allowed to watch from the ground. They can do this via the Adventure Trail, click here for more information. You can also watch the climbing park and climbers from the adjacent catering area and terraces.
You don't pay per route that you climb at SnowWorld. Your entry ticket gives you access to the whole climbing park. It takes around 2-3 hours to overcome all the obstacles.
Shoes: sports shoes are compulsory, slippers and sandals are not permitted. Special climbing shoes are not recommended.
Clothing: sports clothing is advisable, skirts and dresses are not permitted.
Jewellery: not permitted.
Hair: long hair must be tied back.
Free walk-ins are not possible, so always book your starting time in advance.
This is not permitted for safety reasons. You will receive a climbing harness and helmet from us when you arrive.
There are always enough lockers available to store your things. You pay € 2,50 a time*.
*Our lockers can only be rented by contactless payment via your bank card or credit card, it is not possible to pay cash.
Ski slope membership cart holders can apply for a parking subscription. There are 6 charging points for electric cars from NL MAB. Charging cards are available from Reception.
