Basic skill: I have never skied before.
The first lesson is all about getting used to walking on the skis and sliding the first meters on the snow for a good sense of balance on the skis. When this goes well, it is even possible to start braking with the “ski plough”method.. The second lesson will focus mainly on repeating the sliding and improving the “ski plough”method.
From lesson three the kids will work on the necessary control and sliding in the “ski plough” in different directions. A lot of attention will be paid to this during the lesson so that these go perfectly during te final lesson.
If the kids have enjoyed the first level of this course, you can sign them up directly for our intermediate course, where they will continue improving turns.
Basic skill: I can actively move with skis, keep my balance during gliding and have experienced stopping.
Following on from the first level, this course focuses on improving first turns. During the first lesson we will pay a lot of attention to this by repeating a lot on our practice slope to perfect certain basic skills such as balance or handling and moving with skis.
Then we will quickly move on to the next (most difficult) slope to make sure we can ski there. The turns will be skied mainly in ski plough during these lessons.

The next step in the learning process will be in the advanced group of the course.

Depending on the level of the group, it will be decided where the teacher can best start. The beginning of the first lesson is agqain dedicated to a short repetition to make sure that everyone has mastered the ski plough.
After this warm-up it is time to work on improving technique and independence. The lessons will focus on this in combination with fun exercises. As part of the basic skills, children will be taught how to stand up and go up independently with the drag lift, so that they are optimally prepared for the mountains.
As a follow-up, it is then possible to proceed directly to the advanced group of our course offerings.
Basic skill: I can make turns, stand up independently and go up with the drag lift.
If your child has successfully completed the level 3 course or the necessary basic skills are already mastered, then this group will suit him or her well.
During the first lesson, the teacher will again check the level of the group. Based on this, further work will be done to improve the technique and its variable use. This will be the focus of the following lessons. In combination with fun exercises, the teacher will ensure that these little skiers will develop into all-round racing monsters, taking into account the safety aspect.
