Always book your starting time online in advance. Unfortunately, entry without booking is not possible.
All other activities must be booked in advance. You can make a reservation through our website.
Yes, this is possible if we still have sufficient availability. You can check this in the ticket shop at your desired start time. If there are no more places available, try another timeslot. Reservations can only be made online.
You can easily make a change to your visit date or time slot through our webshop or through the link in your booking confirmation. This is possible up to one hour before your visit and is only possible for a new date within the same season. We do charge a surcharge of € 2.50 per climbing ticket for this. To make changes, you need your booking number and e-mail address of your order.
The climbing park is suitable for everyone from 8 years or with a minimum height of 1.25 m. Thanks to the various routes at 4 levels, there is something for everyone.
Children are permitted to enter the climbing park independently provided that they meet the minimum height of 1.25 m.
Your ticket is valid for 1,5 hours of climbing fun.
You must be present fifteen minutes before the start, so that you still have enough time to store valuables or to visit the toilet. Once secured on the climbing route, this is no longer possible.
Shoes: Closed shoes are required, flip flops and sandals are not allowed.
Clothing: Sporty and comfortable clothing is recommended.
Jewellery: Not allowed.
Hairs: Long hair must be tied up.
It is not allowed to carry a mobile phone, keys or wallet in your pockets.
The climbing park remains open in most weather conditions. Even in the rain, climbing is a tremendous experience! It may be that a part of the climbing routes, or the ziplines, will be closed in certain weather conditions. In the case of severe weather (thunderstorm or storm), a solution will be sought on site. In most cases, after a short waiting time we can start again. This will be determined by Adventure Valley on the day itself.
The Saferoller system is a safety system that connects you to the start of the climbing route. During the entire climbing route, it is attached to the steel cable above the obstacles. At the end of the climbing route you can disconnect the Saferoller again. It is not possible to disconnect in the meantime, so that you are safely secured for the entire route.
Yes, it is possible for spectators to watch from the terrace or the designated places. It is not allowed to watch under the obstacles.
Free wall climbing is only possible on presentation of an NKBV pass, regardless of experience.
Yes, that is possible with an introductory wall climbing lesson or a private lesson. The available days can be found on the website. Independent climbing without experience is not possible.
Yes, it is possible for spectators to watch from the terrace or the designated places. It is not allowed to watch under the obstacles.
At Adventure Valley Zoetermeer, we have a spacious parking lot. Parking is free.
Yes, there are lockers available. The lockers are intended for storing valuables. The lockers at Adventure Valley are free to use.
At Adventure Valley you can only pay by card. Companies and schools can also pay by invoice. This must be indicated in advance.
Consuming your own food and/or drinks is not allowed at Adventure Valley. You can enjoy a snack and a drink at our catering facility.
